Nourish and revitalize your body with the ideal foods and supplements appropriate for your individual biochemical and evolutionary needs.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: $90-$135
For new clients. Ninety minute session includes a thorough intake, health history and evaluation plus customized diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION: $55-$75
For returning clients. One-hour follow-up
consultations address your personal concerns;
help to maintain motivation and commitment.

DETOX & WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGE: $195-$250
Proven four-week program cleanses your liver,
breaks food addictions, resets your body chemistry, jump starts weight loss. Average weight release is
ten pounds for serious participants. Package includes one ninety-minute intake and two 1-hour follow-up sessions, recipes, handouts and unlimited e-mail support. $200-$285 value.

transformational health coaching

Ongoing support can help you reach long-term health, weight and body image goals. Regular contact with a compassionate, experienced guide is especially recommended for clients dealing with emotional or disordered eating and those moving through major physical and spiritual health transitions.

HEALTH COACHING: Individual Sessions and Packages
Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length as suits your needs. Packages include unlimited email contact and, if desired, Reiki healing to complement classical coaching work.

       Half-Hour Session: $30-$40
       One-Hour Session: $55-$75

      Five-Hour PACKAGE: $250
       Ten-Hour PACKAGE: $450

reiki healing & energy balancing

Reiki is an ancient energy healing system that comes to us from Japan. A Reiki session is conducted with the receiver fully clothed and lying down. The healer's palms are placed lightly on or just above the receiver's body in a gentle series of hand positions, performed head to feet, front and back.

Reiki is suggested to help release emotionally-rooted health concerns including pain, anxiety and food addictions. It is used to help free energy blockages in the physical and subtle bodies, ground and center the individual, promote mental calm and clarity and support general well-being.

reiki sessions of 45-60 minutes offered to in-person clients.
