supportive cleansing lifestyle can help heal & strengthen
the physical body, enhance mental clarity, balance emotions and
promote the growth of spiritual consciousness.

My passion is helping you navigate the evolutionary path of your relationship to food,
enabling you to experience radiant health, peak vitality and a joyful heart. ❤
Experience. Eat to Evolve™
is founded on my more than thirty years of experience with natural food nutrition and
alternative health, plus extensive clinical training in private practice.
My work as a
nutrition counselor begins with a sound understanding of nutritional basics and biochemistry. With doable, practical recommendations customized to meet your personal needs/preferences and a healthy dose of humor (laughter is the best medicine),
I will help you learn how to best nourish and sustain your body in order to
realize your fullest health potential.

Specialties. Counseling takes place in person at Montague Integrative Health and by telephone for those living at a distance.
Workshops and public speaking engagements are offered locally and throughout the Northeast at schools, health food stores and other venues. Specialties include:

nutrition

Credentials. In private
practice as a holistic clinical
nutritionist since 2002, I hold a
Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition
(University of Bridgeport, 2003) and am nationally
board-certified as
a Nutrition Specialist (CNS) by the American College of Nutrition, eligible
for Licensing in the State of Massachusetts. In a field where one can
simply read a few books or attend a seminar, hang up a shingle and call
him/herself a nutritionist, my professional credentials represent a degree
of competence and knowledge deserving of your trust and confidence.
My expertise in working with food issues and body issues is based on personal experience as well as professional training. If you are dealing with disordered or emotional eating, know that I've been there, too, struggling
to find health and sanity in a food-drenched and image-obsessed
society. Now a fully recovered bulimic, it is one of my greatest joys as a counselor to help women come out of this madness and learn to love themselves. Freedom and recovery are possible!
